Sources

We prefer official provider APIs and feeds. Independent probes are used as a second signal.

Typical source types:

  • Official status APIs such as Atlassian Statuspage summary endpoints
  • Official RSS/Atom incident feeds
  • Official status pages, parsed only when a structured API is unavailable
  • Independent HTTP probes of public websites
  • Provider webhooks, when a vendor supports them

We do not scrape authenticated content, bypass CAPTCHAs, or invent official API URLs. Each service page attributes the sources actually configured for that service.
